Many companies involved in market research have an interviewing system. But the trend towards panel-based research has exposed the need to handle recruitment, management and sampling of a panel.

How do you expand your software to provide panel management sampling capabilities without re-inventing the entire processes?...MARSC.

MARSC adds panel functionality to your interviewing system with no need for an outside hosted solution.

For the first time, you can take advantage of a total solution that can issue sample in a variety of standard formats to suit your interviewing system. There is a unique MARSC API Link Module which provides the means to return outcome codes from each interview to MARSC. These outcome codes can be sourced automatically from different interviewing systems with the appropriate technology or extracted in batches as a standard format file. This is how MARSC is able to effectively control the frequency of your contact and panellist activity.

The API Link Module provides the hooks that will link to any other interviewing systems.

So now you can pass sample automatically from MARSC to your interviewing system and receive outcome codes when the research is complete.

You can also take advantage of other answers collected during the interviewing process and re-use the information that panellists have given you to ask them to take part in relevant surveys another time. We can use our considerable experience to provide you with a refresh process to keep your panel database up-to-date with any or all of the data collected during interviews for future sampling.

Online panel portals and MARSC work for you:

If you already have a web portal in place for an online panel, you’ll still need top notch sampling capability. MARSC can provide the necessary interface between your portal and MARSC Sample Manager. So your MARSC database is kept up to date with new joiners and leavers and their profiles from the panel portal.

Customer databases and MARSC sample for you:

Does your customer database perform a number of operations within a company such as contact management and finance management etc? Although these systems don’t usually make statistically correct sampling for customer satisfaction studies available, you can use MARSC to sample alongside your customer database. Our appropriate interfacing can keep both your systems up to date with information.

Email blasting systems and MARSC communicate for you:

Use your email blasting system to announce and attract people for online interviewing. Export options in MARSC allow you to choose the most appropriate format for importing sample lists into your email system.
