MARSC Email Manager

There are real advantages of being able to email directly from your panel management system.

You save time and gain efficiency if you can email your research panel directly.

That's why we have added an email manager to the MARSC sampling and panel management system.

MARSC email tool is an additional module to the system. It allows you to send bulk emails to panel members.

You’ll be able to invite panellists selected by your MARSC sampling system to take part in individual surveys. This email manager allows you to communicate easily with your panel to enhance both the panellist experience and your panel management functionality.

MARSC email tool consists of an email manager and a mail service.

The email manager is integrated into the MARSC sample manager. It provides an interface to the mail queue manager and facilitates bulk mail creation.

• Emails can be freshly created or developed from stored templates.
• The template editor allows you to create or load templates in either html or text format.
• The template editor allows you to insert merge fields for bulk emailing.
• Email jobs are submitted to the MARSC mail service for processing.

An email service operating in the background will be responsible for sending your emails. The system will prioritise the jobs in line with your criteria or by date and time.

• The system monitors bounce backs and acts on undelivered mails.
• Your bounce back types and recipients can be clearly identified.
• Instant access to the information you need to update your email and contact history appropriately.
• All email status data will be stored in MARSC.
