We’re proud to say that the people who created and developed the system are actively involved in running the company. Naturally we’ve also grown and taken on some of the best hi-tech brains in the business. That means we can give you the best in-depth technical knowledge, as well as long term experience in sampling and market research work.

MARSC was created to answer driving needs in day to day issues. Today we continue to develop the tools and functionality that help you achieve the best results possible.

Here’s a quick look at each of the key individuals who bring you their skills and enthusiasm every day.

Nicky Forsyth

MARSC Managing Director

Nicky’s career began in the high tech. world of scientific instrument sales. She became MD of MARSC in June 2006. Before this Nicky held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for four years. She has also been on the board of Centurion Management Systems since 1997.

Nicky enjoys getting away from it all in Scotland with water sports and walking high on the agenda. She also claims to like swimming long distances in cold Scottish Lochs. She loves music and her violin skills get exercised both in a local orchestra and at home with the family.

Julian Simpson

MARSC Director of Consultancy

Julian co-founded MARSC with Jonathan Richards in 2000. Julian has gained extensive experience of market research sampling systems from more than twenty years in the world of market research, working for Quantime Ltd and then as a consultant to companies such as NOP, Maritz, Research International, GFK and BT.

Julian is a big fan of rock music in general and particularly a band called Pendragon. He is a recent convert to the world of golf and a dedicated family man though the kids are almost off his hands now.

Jonathan Richards

Finance Director

Jonathan, a co-founder, is also Managing Director of Centurion Management Systems. Previously he worked in financial services companies in business planning and legal / compliance roles.

Jonathan is a keen sailor when he gets the opportunity and has a taste for life’s big adventures. He has recently taken up running and is constantly improving his race results. He loves his family and garden, but what he really wants is to sail round the world.

Craig Bennett

Technical Director

Craig has many years of experience in business software programming. In the past he has managed software development projects for Centurion Management Systems as far afield as Sydney and Cape Town.

Craig’s first love is his garden and he grows many of his own vegetables - his girlfriend is a close second! He enjoys cycling and used to race, but nowadays his competitive instinct is focused on clay pigeon shooting. Look out for him on a sunny day driving his open-top Audi TT.
